BeBee Professionals is seeking a seasoned Financial Director to lead the finance team in Poole, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth and ensuring the company's financial health and compliance with regulations.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including a competitive pension scheme, private healthcare, professional development opportunities, flexible working hours, and a supportive team environment.

Key Accountabilities

The Financial Director will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing financial strategies to support business growth and expansion.
  • Leading the finance team and providing guidance on financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
  • Preparing comprehensive financial reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management review.
  • Monitoring and managing the company's cash flow, ensuring financial stability and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Overseeing month-end and year-end financial processes, including audits and financial statement preparation.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A proven track record as a Financial Director or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • An ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
