Job Title: Financial Planning Administrator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Planning Administrator to join our team in Poole. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial planners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to financial planners
  • Client liaison and communication
  • Prepare suitability reports and meeting packs
  • Draft and send letters/emails to clients
  • Maintain accurate records and monitor client activity
  • Liaise with third-party providers and stay up-to-date with relevant changes

Requirements:
