Job Description: Corporate Account Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Corporate Account Manager to join our team at Alchemy Global Talent Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients in the corporate accommodation sector.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in corporate accommodation or hospitality. They will possess strong negotiation and communication skills, as well as leadership experience with team management capabilities. A proven track record of meeting sales targets and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office are essential requirements for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong client relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
