Job Details

This role is an excellent opportunity to join the Shield Environmental Services Group team as an Administrative Support Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct internal audits on our systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 & 50001) to support the group.
  2. Manage ISO Certification for Mechanical, Electrical & Facilities along with Shield Environmental Services.
  3. Support the group with their ISO Certification as required.
  4. Monitor Legionella across the branches.
  5. Manage CITB Levy funding (skills matrix, apprentices, train to travel not exhaustive to).
  6. Administer the Apprentice Government Portal.
  7. Verify E Learning training certificates monthly.
  8. Oversee Easybop Management of electronic forms for the group.
  9. Ensure Training Matrix compliance across the group.
  10. Populate drives correctly for auditing purposes.
  11. Data Protection awareness on processes across the group.
  12. Assist in approving Suppliers/Sub Contractors.
  13. Review SHEQ Compliance across the group.
  14. Provide ad-hoc team support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Administration experience is necessary.
  • Internal Auditor training is desirable.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
