Pontoon is seeking a highly skilled Lead Modern Workplace Engineer to join our team in a leading finance organisation. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft 365, Azure, and limited on-premise infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Device, Application & Data Management: Manage Endpoint Manager, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Jamf to ensure seamless user experience.
  • Collaboration & Unified Communications: Oversee Teams, PSTN in Teams, and Exchange to facilitate efficient communication.
  • Office Engineering: Handle telemetry, add-on management, and governance to maintain a secure and stable environment.
  • Process Automation: Utilize Power Automate to automate business processes and increase productivity.
  • Identity & Access Management: Manage Entra ID to ensure secure access to company resources.
  • Cloud Services: Work with SaaS, PaaS, and IoT to leverage the benefits of cloud computing.
  • Networking: Design and implement network infrastructure to support business needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Microsoft 365, Azure, and on-premise infrastructure.
  • Strong technical skills in device, application, and data management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to mentor junior team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
