About the Opportunity

We are supporting Insite Finance in recruiting a Field Based Business Development Manager for this remote opportunity. The successful candidate will be an experienced Business Development Executive or Manager looking for a new challenge.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Business Acquisition: Focus on identifying and engaging key decision-makers to meet quarterly acquisition targets.
  • Clients Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with partners operating within the assigned region.
  • Sales Performance: Maintain accurate records of sales leads and client information using CRM tools and data systems.

You will be tasked with being out in the field generating new business opportunities across the South, working closely with internal teams, and staying informed about competitors, industry trends, and market dynamics to remain competitive.

Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity where you can expect to be out in the field for 3 days per week. A company car and expenses are covered, with the possibility to earn up to £7,000 per annum in commission based on targets.
