Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and dispatch non-emergency resources to meet patient transport needs
  • Communicate effectively with crews and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and manage service performance to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of patient transport policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft 365
