Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy personnel to meet operational needs based on the pre-calculated manning plan.
  • Manage shift patterns and work schedules to optimise resource allocation and reduce downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee absences and ensure suitable coverage for production operations.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate skills development to enhance team capabilities.
  • Foster positive relationships with employees and promote a collaborative work environment.
  • Track and report on deployment effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary to meet operational demands.

The successful candidate will possess a degree in business administration or a related field, with experience in workforce management, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, and strong interpersonal skills are also essential.
