Product Support Engineer Training Programme

We are proud to offer a comprehensive training programme for Product Support Engineers, focusing on practical and theoretical aspects of product support. As a member of our team, you will gain hands-on experience in designing, developing, and manufacturing advanced helicopters, rotary wing technology, and mission-critical systems.
The programme consists of five and a half years of training, during which you will work in rotations across the Customer Support directorate, primarily within Product Support Engineering. You will also attend Yeovil College (1 day per week) to complete BEng degree units and start Level 5 units.
Key responsibilities:
- Work in rotations across the Customer Support directorate
- Attend Yeovil College to complete BEng degree units
- Develop skills in CAD/AM/Composites and Cobotics
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a company-funded benefits package, including private healthcare, dental schemes, and flexible working options.
