Ledger Accountant

TES NI Ltd is a rapidly expanding environmental engineering company seeking a skilled Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our growth plans by providing high-quality financial support and analysis.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of financial duties, including reconciliations, reporting, and budgeting. You will work closely with our Finance Director to ensure accurate and timely financial information is provided to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with Purchase Ledger duties, including supplier reconciliations and inputting purchase invoices.
- Produce reports in line with business goals and targets.
- Assist with budgeting costs for projects and overheads.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Ability to use your own initiative and produce reports in line with business targets and objectives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Full driver's license.
Salary: approximately £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a death in service plan, workplace pension, private medical insurance, and 30 days' paid holiday per year.
