Job Description: Ledgers Clerk (Purchase Ledger)

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Ledgers Clerk to join our Finance Team at TES NI Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the purchase ledger, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the purchase ledger, processing invoices and credits.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Negotiate payment terms with suppliers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements:
  • Experience in finance or accounting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft, particularly Excel.
  • Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
