Key Responsibilities- Produce accurate and timely work plans and schedules.
- Represent section managers at planning meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.
- Provide administrative support to section managers, including data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality work plans and schedules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of access and possession processes and systems.
- Safe System of Work Planning Process and System.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of operational railway environment.
The estimated salary for this role is around £45,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday entitlement.
