About the Role

We are seeking experienced healthcare professionals to join our team as Homebased Functional Assessors. As a Homebased Functional Assessor, you will play a crucial role in evaluating the health and well-being of individuals, providing detailed reports to support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of claimants' health and well-being via phone and face-to-face evaluations
  • Review and analyze medical evidence, health questionnaires, and daily living activities to inform assessment decisions
  • Compile comprehensive reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP)
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience as a Registered Adult Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Paramedic, or Physiotherapist
  • Active registration with the NMC or HCPC
  • Strong communication, proficient typing, and excellent IT skills

Training and Development

Successful candidates will complete a comprehensive 6-week training program, covering assessment techniques, DWP guidelines, and report writing skills.
