About the RoleAs a Clinical Assessor, you will work from home, assessing customers with multiple clinical issues. You will take clinical observations, question customers, and create written reports to support the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) in making decisions on support.
What You'll Do- Assess up to four customers per day, taking clinical observations and creating written reports
- Work with customers with multiple clinical issues, providing support and guidance
- Collaborate with the DWP to make decisions on support
Our client provides industry-leading training, enabling you to develop the skills needed for this role. You will receive:
- Comprehensive training, approximately 6 months duration, with ongoing support
- Revalidation support to maintain your registration with the RGN or HCPC
- Ongoing CPD, with over 100 hours protected per annum
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year working experience in a patient-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly literate and able to display adaptable communication skills
