Bar Server Role

About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Bar Server to join our team at The Grosvenor in London. As a Bar Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has an incredible experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Prepare and serve drinks and food to the highest standards, ensuring that every item is presented perfectly.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and showing consideration for colleagues and other departments.
  • Be well-organized and tidy, multitasking and prioritizing customer requests and tasks while maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Be knowledgeable about our products and services, making recommendations to guests and answering their questions promptly.
  • Ensure accurate recording and payment of customer orders, using EPOS systems with confidence.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities, embracing new skills and knowledge to enhance your performance.
