Job Title: Multiskilled Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multiskilled Technician to join our Norbev team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet our high standards
  • Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective maintenance practices
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency
Requirements:
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on maintenance and quality control
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
