Multiskilled Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multiskilled Technician to join our Norbev team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing lines, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer in all operational functions, including breakdowns, machine cover, problem-solving, and data collection.
- Set up equipment and complete changeovers as directed, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Monitor machine operation for signs of impending problems and address them promptly to minimize downtime.
- Perform duties to the highest standard, adhering to standard operating procedures, and promoting accident prevention on the line.
- Investigate faults, determine root causes, and follow up on actions to sustain improvements.
- Conduct basic routine maintenance of equipment, including PMs, and ensure accurate completion of necessary paperwork.
- Experience in an operational role within a manufacturing industry, working towards regulatory and customer standards.
- Previous experience in mechanical breakdowns and ability to complete basic maintenance and replace mechanical parts.
- Ability to set up and adjust key line-side equipment, ensuring highest standards of quality.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do approach.
