Multiskilled Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Multiskilled Technician to join our Norbev team. As a key member of our production team, you will work closely with our Senior Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to ensure the smooth operation of our production lines.
Key Responsibilities:- Support and assist the Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer with operational functions, including breakdowns, machine cover, problem-solving, and data collection.
- Set up equipment and complete changeovers as directed by the Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer or Shift Lead in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor machine operation for signs of impending problems and address any issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Perform duties to the highest standard, adhering to standard operating procedures in a safe and efficient manner to maximize production and achieve targets.
- Promote accident prevention on your line by adhering to all safety guidelines and standards.
- Investigate faults, determine the root cause, and follow up on actions to sustain improvements.
- Conduct basic routine maintenance of equipment, including PMs, and ensure that procedures are followed accurately and that all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Experience in an operational role within a manufacturing industry working towards regulatory and customer standards.
- Previous experience in mechanical breakdowns.
- Ability to complete basic maintenance and replace mechanical parts.
- Ability to set up and adjust key line-side equipment ensuring the highest standards of quality.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive and can-do approach.
