Job Overview

The Health & Safety Partnership is seeking an experienced Building Control Professional to join their Compliance team.

This role will involve working with clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure compliance with building regulations and legislation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Building Safety Act and current building regulations.

A multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy requires a professional who can deliver solutions to meet client aims, objectives, and aspirations within the Building Safety Act and current Building Regulations.

In this role, you will work independently and as part of a team on various projects, including education, healthcare, industrial, infrastructure, and new build housing.

The salary for this position is £52,000 - £57,000 per annum, plus benefits.
