Role Overview
Virgin Media O2 is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining our services, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and maintain our services, including broadband and mobile networks
- Diagnose and repair technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime for our customers
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with our technical team to share knowledge and best practices
Requirements
- A UK Manual driving licence with no more than 8 points
- Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions
- Ability to problem-solve and find suitable solutions for customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A competitive salary of £29,000, plus overtime and performance-based commission
