Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Engenera Renewables Limited. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new leads and converting them into qualified appointments.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintaining confidentiality and operating with integrity.
  • Managing administrative tasks in support of the CEO and C-Suite team.
  • Managing and organizing appointment setting.
  • Managing specific projects.
  • Reconciling invoices, C-Suite team mileage, and expenses.
  • Liaising with clients.
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations.
  • Controlling C-Suite team diaries.
  • Controlling travel arrangements and accommodation.
  • Ensuring that processes and procedures are followed within the C-Suite team.
  • Controlling holiday and sickness planner and records for the C-Suite team.
  • Managing training matrix and ensuring all C-Suite team members are legally compliant.
  • Preparing for management and board meetings, agenda, and preparation of papers.
  • Minute taking and action plan provision.

Key Attributes

  • Solar or renewable energy experience.
  • Degree-level education in any discipline, but finance or business management would be ideal.
  • Analytical approach, commercially astute, and financially literate.
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
  • Strong results orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for excellent client service.
  • Diplomatic and engaging communication style with the ability to build positive relationships and challenge thinking when required.
  • Ability to think strategically and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
  • Right to work in the UK.
