A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly organized and switched-on Junior PA/Office Assistant to join our team at Tiger Recruitment as a key administrative support role.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Diary and calendar management, ensuring seamless scheduling and coordination.
  2. Travel booking and expense management, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.
  3. Providing ad hoc office admin support, including reception duties and maintaining a professional work environment.
  4. Assisting in health & safety, including training as a first aider and fire warden.

Requirements:

  1. High attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  2. Highly organized, with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  3. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  4. Well-presented and discreet, with a professional demeanor at all times.
  5. Proficient in MS Office skills, with experience in using software applications to support administrative tasks.

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £32k (DOE) and a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and a discretionary bonus.
