Minko's Macs is seeking a talented Computing Industry Apprentice to contribute to our dynamic team. As an apprentice, you'll have the opportunity to develop valuable skills and knowledge in the computing industry while working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will involve:

  • Assisting experienced technicians with product repairs and troubleshooting Apple devices
  • Developing exceptional customer service skills by interacting with clients professionally and providing solutions accordingly
  • Contributing to sales by assisting with transactions and inventory management

We estimate that this apprenticeship offers an attractive salary of £20,000 - £24,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Moreover, our supportive work environment provides opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate a strong passion for computing, basic computer literacy, and excellent problem-solving skills. Additionally, you must be:

  • Friendly and approachable with a strong commitment to customer service
  • Able to work consistently under pressure
  • Possessing a minimum of 3 A Levels (or equivalent) A-C in Maths, Computer Science, or Science
  • Holding a minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) 9-4 in Computer Science or Media
