Job Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Head Omakase Chef to join our dynamic team at JUNO Omakase, an intimate dining experience within Los Mochis Notting Hill. As a key member of our brigade, you will be instrumental in building upon our already impressive accolades.

Responsibilities
  • Lead our sushi team in creating exceptional dishes and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Develop and implement new recipes, ensuring consistency and innovation.
  • Train and mentor junior sushi chefs, promoting growth and excellence within the team.
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service and experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to enhance our culinary offerings.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Sushi Chef in a high-volume, high-quality restaurant.
  • Experience working in an Omakase establishment, with a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Excellent knife skills, ability to handle sushi knives safely, and impeccable attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team.
  • Ability to maintain and follow recipes, processes, and standards, with a drive to learn and grow within the team.
