Document and Information Governance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Document and Information Governance Specialist to join our team at Balmoral Offshore Engineering. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the organisation, maintenance, and distribution of project-related documentation while adhering to industry standards and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Produce Master Document Registers for both internal and client use.
- Create and revise project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Leverage document management software and systems to streamline processes.
- Manage the document control system to maintain organisational efficiency.
- Implement and understand Client/Project documentation requirements to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Distribute documents to stakeholders and communicate updates in a timely manner.
- Filing and archiving documents electronically and physically to ensure accessibility and compliance.
- Support project audits and regular compliance checks to guarantee adherence to regulations.
- Minimum 'o' grade in English, maths, and administration (or secretarial studies) is required.
- A preferred Higher grade in administration (or secretarial studies) would be an asset.
- Organised individual with strong attention to detail.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communications skills to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Excel and Word to efficiently manage tasks.
- Highly motivated and keen to develop in a collaborative team environment.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
