Senior Speech Pathologist Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Speech and Language Therapist to join our Clinical Team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality speech and language therapy services to children and young people with complex needs.
You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, psychotherapists, and therapy assistants, to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans. Your expertise and knowledge will help us to develop our service and improve outcomes for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech and language therapy, with experience working in school environments. You will also need to be registered with the HCPC and RCSLT, and hold a valid UK driving license. In addition, you will need to have experience working with children and young people who have complex needs, including autism and intellectual disabilities.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £53,200 (pro-rata), as well as a range of benefits, including generous annual leave entitlement, life assurance, and a pension scheme. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, including a £2,000 training allowance.
