People and Culture Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People and Culture Advisor to join our dynamic team at Playtech. As a key member of our People & Culture unit, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our business objectives and driving a culture of excellence within the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, ensuring a high level of service and support.
- Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives, aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent treatment.
- Support the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and processes to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Provide metrics and insights to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
