Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled People and Culture Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining configuration within our People and Culture systems, assessing and streamlining system-related processes and procedures, and ensuring data integrity and GDPR compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Be the expert and super user for all People and Culture systems, ensuring they are running effectively and efficiently globally.
- Responsible for the resolution of queries and issues relating to the use of People and Culture systems from end-users and the wider People and Culture team.
- Work closely with operations teams globally to streamline processes.
- Support People and Culture with reporting and data analytics, automating wherever possible.
- Use insights and data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and business challenges to inform recommendations, influence change, and drive continuous business improvement.
- Ensure audits are undertaken on a regular basis to safeguard data integrity.
- Ensure systems remain GDPR compliant, highlighting any risks and coordinating remedial actions when necessary.
- Train and assist users on effective usage of People and Culture systems.
- Configure and implement new functionalities/modules in People and Culture systems, being mindful of requirements, opportunities, and limitations.
- Experience of maintaining configuration within People and Culture systems.
- Experience of assessing and streamlining system-related processes and procedures.
- Experience using Office 365 functionality such as Power Automate, SharePoint, and MS Forms.
- Experience of managing and delivering reports, reporting dashboards, or similar.
- MS Office intermediate level with expertise in Excel (V-lookup, pivot tables, etc.).
- A keen interest in data, systems, and business processes.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Collaborative team player.
- Problem-solving and inquisitive nature for root cause analysis.
