Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced marketing professional to join our team as a Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing campaigns, managing budgets, and working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation and ROI tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative agencies, to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Lead the development and execution of social media, email nurture, and online channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Work closely with partners, industry associations, and regional sales teams to identify strategic partnerships and collaborative marketing opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, prospects, and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in B2B marketing and communications within the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of running successful global marketing campaigns.
  • Strong experience in digital marketing, social media, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
