Job Title: RFP Writer

RFP Writer - RFP/RFI/DDQ - Investment Banking - Asset Management - 12 month contract - Canary Wharf Hybrid working (3 days onsite)

We are seeking an experienced RFP Writer to join our team at Henderson Scott. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the creation and delivery of Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs), and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) for the Investments/Asset Management teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end process for RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs, ensuring high-quality responses that meet client-specific requirements.
  • Work closely with investment teams, sales, marketing, and various departments to gather necessary information and develop bespoke responses.
  • Write, edit, and enhance content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with client needs.
  • Develop new content and update existing resources, maintaining a library of responses to streamline future proposals.
  • Ensure that all materials effectively communicate the firm's investment philosophy, strategy, and competitive advantages.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Continuously work on improving proposal processes, bringing fresh ideas to enhance the efficiency and quality of responses.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in writing and managing RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs within Investment Banking, Asset Management, or a related financial sector.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products, strategies, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to tailor content to different audiences.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and collaborate across departments.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with internal stakeholders and ensure alignment in proposal content.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with RFP management software is a plus.
