Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at Acorn by Synergie Careers in Swindon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure quality customer service
- Manage client enquiries, cost documents, and financial accounts within identified timescales
- Review and produce project final accounts for presentation to clients and negotiate where necessary
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A background in manufacturing or shop fit-out
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
