We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Stock Condition Surveyor to conduct comprehensive surveys of our housing stock and assess the condition of properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct detailed surveys of housing stock to assess the condition of properties and identify any necessary repairs or improvements.
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations based on survey findings.
- Ensure all surveys are conducted in accordance with relevant health and safety regulations.
- Liaise with tenants and property managers to arrange access for surveys.
- Maintain accurate records of all surveys and findings.
- Assist in the development of maintenance and improvement plans.
- Provide technical advice and support to the property management team.
- Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in conducting stock condition surveys.
- Strong knowledge of building construction and maintenance.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficient in using survey software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
