Are you passionate about improving housing quality and sustainability?

We’re seeking a Building Surveyor - Property Condition to join our team at LiveWest, a company that values making a tangible difference in the region. As a key member of our team, you will conduct property surveys, assessing and reporting on building conditions internally and externally. Your expertise will drive improvements in housing standards, safety, and energy efficiency, shaping the future of sustainable housing in the region.

Key responsibilities include conducting stock condition surveys, assessing energy efficiency, identifying and managing risks, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to devise solutions for property condition issues. You will also maintain records using our stock condition database and support quality assurance.

To succeed in this role, you will have experience in building surveying or construction management, ideally within a social housing setting. You will also have knowledge of domestic building pathology and a commitment to safety and sustainability. A full UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle are required. In addition, you will be able to adapt to our company culture and values.
