About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Stock Condition Surveyor to join our Property Services department at Sanctuary Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality surveying and capital investment services that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake stock condition surveys and property inspections to assess the condition of our properties and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct health and safety assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the condition and value of our properties.
  • Collaborate with other teams to deliver the cyclical programme, including surveys, specifications, and resident consultations.
  • Contribute to special programmes and projects that support the Group's values and objectives.
Requirements
  • Qualification in surveying or a related field, such as AssocRIC, MRICS, or CIOB.
  • Experience in a building and surveying environment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to interpret computerized data and work with a range of software systems.
  • Valid UK driving licence and willingness to drive a company vehicle.
