Catering Manager (Senior) Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Manager (Senior) to join our well-established Catering Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Catering Team, assisting with the preparation, cooking, and serving of food and beverages, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Catering Team, including staff supervision and training
  • Assist with the preparation, cooking, and serving of food and beverages
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality and customer service
  • Develop and implement menus and catering plans
  • Manage food and beverage inventory and ordering
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work 37 hours per week, term time only, plus 5 training days, plus 1 week. The hours of work are 6:30am to 2:30pm Monday to Thursday and 7:00am to 2:30pm on Friday.
