Pool Operations Manager

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Pool Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Swimming Pool and Fitness Centre at a fantastic site in Salisbury. As a key member of our team, you will ensure the facilities are maintained to a high standard and ready for both school and community use.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage the pool and fitness centre, including daily operations, staffing, and equipment.
* Ensure health & safety standards, including compliance with HSG179 and PWTAG guidelines.
* Line manage pool staff, create rotas, and oversee staff training.
* Maintain pool records, manage pool chemicals, and oversee routine maintenance.

**Requirements**

* NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification)
* Pool Plant Operator's License and First Aid at Work
* Strong leadership and health & safety knowledge
* Experience managing teams and working with children (desirable)

**About the Role**

As a Pool Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the swimming pool and fitness centre. You will work closely with our team to maintain high standards of health and safety, and provide excellent customer service to our members and visitors.
