About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pool Attendant to join our team at Center Parcs. As a Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests in the Subtropical Swimming Paradise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our guests
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the pool area
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents in a calm and professional manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest satisfaction
  • Participate in regular training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • RLSS Pool Lifeguard / NARS Qualification
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
