We're looking for an EPM Planning Principal Consultant to join the Oracle Consulting organization in driving the growth of our cloud EPM Planning portfolio. Oracle Cloud EPM is a leading financial solution that redefines the employee experience for thousands of companies worldwide. As a key member of our team, you'll partner with customers to unlock the full potential of their Oracle Cloud solutions and ensure that business outcomes are met.

Key Responsibilities

Capture business requirements
Build consensus around business processes and design
Communicate Oracle's EPM capabilities
Maintain consistent rapport with client experts
Design and configure the Oracle EPM application solution
Travel when necessary

Requirements

Good understanding of planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Demonstrated ability to develop successful solutions on projects with sophisticated business requirements
Strong awareness of building solutions involving other application competence areas
Technical expertise in Essbase and EPM Planning in relation to configuration and development including: Essbase Database (configuration, performance tuning), Planning configuration, Calculation scripts, Groovy Scripting
