We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Institutional Client Relationship Management team in EMEA. As Head of EMEA Institutional Client Relationship Management, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service to institutional clients of Aviva Investors.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Client Relationship Directors and Client Relationship Managers to ensure the highest possible quality of relationship management and day-to-day client service.
- Develop and execute an effective approach to relationship management that maximises the potential for cross-selling opportunities to be captured.
- Manage client relationships and develop Client Engagement Plans to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client services and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably in the asset management industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- IMC qualification required.
- Comprehensive knowledge of asset management business, including strong product knowledge across public and private markets.
