Senior Manager Institutional Client Relationships

Aviva Investors seeks a seasoned professional to lead its Institutional Client Relationship Management team. As Head of Institutional Client Relationship Management, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service to institutional clients, leading a team focused on providing outstanding relationship management and proactive day-to-day servicing.
The ultimate goals of this function are:
- Client retention through achieving a high level of client satisfaction
- Broadening relationships with existing clients by identifying cross-selling opportunities
To achieve these goals, you will develop strong internal relationships across Aviva Investors, including the Distribution, Investment, and Operations teams. You will manage a team of Client Relationship Directors and Client Relationship Managers to ensure the highest quality of relationship management and day-to-day client service.
Key skills and experience include:
- Team management experience
- IMC certification
- Comprehensive knowledge of Asset Management business, including product knowledge across public and private markets
- Client-centric mindset
- Proactive/self-starter with a strong sense of ownership
