Job Description

Main Purpose of the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a customer-focused reactive maintenance service, engaging with tenants to provide support, advice, and interventions to ensure properties are effectively maintained, and repairs are undertaken promptly and to high standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Proactively engaging with tenants to provide support, advice, and interventions.
  • Monitoring and supervising contractors to ensure performance targets are achieved and high-level standards are maintained.
  • Ensuring all repairs are undertaken promptly and to high standards.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with contractors and tenants.
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures.
