About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team as a Service Based Consultant Psychologist. This is a challenging and rewarding role that will require you to lead our psychology services and develop our psychosocial interventions offer to support individuals experiencing difficulties associated with drug and alcohol use.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to support individuals with complex needs
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality psychology services
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Conduct clinical supervision and provide guidance to junior staff members
  • Contribute to the development of our psychology services and psychosocial interventions offer
Requirements
  • Registered Psychologist with a Clinical, Counselling, or Forensic background
  • Experience of working at a Band C (NHS) equivalent level
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
