As an Academic Caregiver at Academics Ltd, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for providing exceptional support to our students and staff.

**Responsibilities:** Student supervision, conflict resolution, house administration, event planning, and maintenance management. Collaborate with the Housemaster/Housemistress to ensure students receive the guidance and care they need to thrive. Attend training sessions to stay updated on current legislation and best practices.

**Requirements:** Experience in student welfare, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in pastoral care or working with young people is highly valued. Familiarity with safeguarding and health and safety protocols is essential.
