About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality, patient-centered care. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high standards of nursing care in accordance with individual care plans.
  • Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and perform clinical assessments.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  • Support and supervise healthcare assistants and junior staff.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Promote a safe and positive environment, adhering to all healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Participate in care planning, reviews, and clinical audits to enhance care delivery.
Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) with a current NMC registration and experience in a healthcare setting. Newly qualified nurses are also welcome to apply. You will need strong clinical skills, excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as a compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
