Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at a purpose-built nursing home in Coleraine. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with a strong and cohesive team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents, ensuring their unique needs are met.
- Administer medication as prescribed, monitoring residents for any adverse effects.
- Ensure the safe storage and control of all stock medications.
- Liaise with residents, staff, GPs, and other healthcare professionals to promote quality care.
Requirements:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Staff Nurse with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. You will have at least one year of experience working in a nursing home setting and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
