We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at a purpose-built facility in Coleraine. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with a strong and cohesive team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
With a strong focus on learning disabilities care and general nursing duties, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced nurse to take on a new challenge and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, deliver, monitor and evaluate all unique care delivered to our residents. Ensure that all residents receive the care outlined in their unique care plans. Administer medication as prescribed, with proper monitoring procedures being followed. Monitor residents after administering medication for any normal, positive or negative effects of the drug/s.
Ensure the safe storage and control of all stock drugs, making sure to prevent overstocking or out of date drugs.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures To liaise with residents, staff, GPs, and other multi-disciplinary team members to promote quality care.
