About the Job:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with young children and contribute to their development.

Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing high-quality care and education to children in the early years setting.
  • Planning and implementing activities that promote children's physical, social, and emotional development.
  • Working collaboratively with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children.
  • Maintaining accurate records of children's progress.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  1. A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  2. Proven experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.
  3. A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  4. A genuine passion for supporting children's development and well-being.
Salary:

The salary for this role is £27,500 per annum, depending on experience.
