About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Advisor to join our Pavers team in Gretna. As a Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, advising customers on shoe care and accessories, and achieving daily KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Advise customers on shoe care and accessories to compliment their needs, achieving daily KPIs in the process.
- Be self-aware, being able to question, learn, and take responsibility for yourself.
- Be a team player, maintaining a friendly, engaging, and positive attitude.
- Support the maintenance of store standards, product placements, and stockroom.

Requirements
- Good availability as the role will include a mixture of weekend and weekday working.
- Previous experience as a Sales Assistant, Retail Assistant, or in a Customer Care environment is desirable.
Pay and Benefits
£11.70 per hour (21+), £9.60 per hour (18-20), and £7.85 per hour (16-17). Once you complete the required retail induction PaSS stages, your pay will increase to £12.05 per hour (21+), £9.87 per hour (18-20), and £8.07 per hour (16-17).
