Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dermatology Nurse Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team at the Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, supporting the surgical team in minor operations, and participating in cross-site working to meet service demands.

The role involves delivering clinical nurse advice, education, and treatment, ensuring excellent holistic care for patients with dermatological conditions. The post holder will work closely with dermatology surgeons and the surgical team to provide comprehensive care, including pre-operative assessment, intraoperative support, and post-operative wound management.

This is a fixed-term position for 12 months, providing an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. Main Duties of the Job
The post holder will be required to deliver high-quality care, supporting and assisting the dermatology surgeons and surgical team, providing clinical nurse advice, education, and treatment resulting in excellent holistic care for our patients. This includes:
* Participating in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
* Supporting the surgical team in the minor ops service for patients undergoing specific dermatological surgical procedures
* Providing clinical nurse advice, education, and treatment to patients with dermatological conditions
* Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care for patients

Salary and Benefits
