Job Title: Part Time Carers Required

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as part-time carers in the Lichfield area. As a carer with Nexus Care Services, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients, promoting independence and enhancing their quality of life.

Job Summary:

Our carers work in a variety of settings, providing person-centred care to our clients following structured care plans in line with CQC regulations. We offer a range of benefits, including premium pay rates, weekly pay, and paid travel time/fuel contribution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care to clients in their own homes, following individual care plans.
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Support clients to maintain their independence and engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
Requirements:
  • A driving licence and access to a car.
  • Previous experience in the care industry is desirable, but not essential as full training and support are provided.
  • A passion for caring and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
